NRPS Champion stallion of 2019

2.5 years ago I saw Glamour for the first time at the van Olst auction, I was immediately impressed. The auction was on my birthday, and… it was the most perfect and best present I could wish for.

Despite being Champion stallion at the NPRS of 2019, I quickly realized that Glamour was a horse that needed time.

His hormones were also in the way, so we decided to do the casteration on him.

Glamourboy then became such a nice and easy horse and so I wanted to give him time to develop and blossom.

For a year he had fantastic successes with Floor Vos.

Together they became champions of the Sublie cup and achieved scores of no less than 83% on competitions!

In the meantime my stables at home became very empty because of the horses that I sold and therefore I took Glamourboy back home again at the beginning of this year.

With a little help from Benjamin Maljaars, who was always crazy in love with Glamour, I started to feel things that I knew; ok this horse is really going to do everything.

We started training and playing and every day it was a absolute joy to ride him.

Glamour is now 5 and a half years old and knows everything from Z2 level. He has talent for piaff and can already do a super passage!

I did not wanted to sale Glamourboy yet but because of other things that are coming

it was a good moment and choice to make.

This was certainly not an easy decision.

I will miss him, but he is going to have a fantastic home and new owner in the USA.
